Full mattresses (sometimes called "double" size) measure approximately 54"W x 75"L and are compact enough to fit in smaller bedrooms. While once the standard size used for couples, they are now recommended for single sleepers, including older kids, teens and adults under approximately 5'5" tall. They are 15" wider than a twin size mattress, providing a much roomier surface for single sleepers, yet at 27" in width each for two sleepers, they are not the most ideal choice for couples. We offer innerspring, latex and memory foam full mattresses at all price points and comfort levels.
